Andy is a young man on a downward spiral. A sequence of incidents followed by the death of his beloved grandmother trigger Andy's parents to react and send him away from the city. Andy moves in with his uncle David and begins working at the local cinema which David manages in order to pay his way. Fusing addiction, love and tragedy, Beneath a Neon Tide shows there is something just beneath the surface in all of us.
