Fish with the King, is the story of one bayou shrimping family, one year after the catastrophic BP oil spill. As the family recounts their rebuilding and recovery, we see that theirs is a story far larger and more universal. it is a story about preserving tradition, persevering through seemingly unbeatable and certainly unpredictable odds, and most importantly FJ and his family exemplify the human struggle to make something bigger than ourselves, something that will live on after us.
