Sentenced to seven and a half years in prison Ian is pulled away from his drug-infused life as a dealer and arrives in jail isolated from family, friends and the outside world. The film follows Ian's observations and reflections whilst detained, as he gradually comprehends just what it means to spend a large part of his life in a place where he no longer has any control over his own life.
